Stephanie Scharf is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, the College of Nurses of Ontario, and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1997 and has been providing Massage Therapy to residents of the Ottawa Valley for the past 13 years.

In addition to the fundamental Swedish Massage Therapy training the all RMT's receive, she has specialized training in sports injury treatment, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage, myofascial release techniques, and palliative care.
Because of Stephanie's medical background, most patients are referred to her for treatment following and injury, car accident or surgical procedure. She works closely with and accepts referrals from other health care professionals such as Chiropractic Doctors, Medical Doctors, Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists.
Although her practice has a focus on post physical trauma and post surgical rehabilitation, she advocates prevention rather than treatment of illness and injury. Regular Massage Therapy promotes general wellness and well-being through its positive effects on the circulatory, muscular, respiratory, nervous and psychological/emotional sustems of your body.
